Twenty minutes with someone who will actually work with you, not a screener reading a script. What you want next, what we are building, and whether the two overlap.
A technical conversation
We talk through something you have genuinely built — the decisions, the trade-offs, what you would do differently. No whiteboard algorithms for work that never involves them.
A paid exercise, if needed
For some roles, a small scoped piece of real-shaped work. Time-boxed and paid, because unpaid take-homes quietly filter for people who can afford to do them.
Offer, and a clear start
A conversation with the founder, then a decision quickly either way. You get a written offer, a first-month plan, and your kit and access ready on day one.
What we look for. Judgement ahead of credentials. We care whether you can take an ambiguous problem, decide what actually needs building, and ship it — then explain the trade-offs you made to someone non-technical. Depth in one area beats a shallow pass over ten.
Where you will work. We are London-registered and remote-friendly, with senior engineers across several time zones. We optimise for overlap rather than location: a few reliable hours together each day matters far more to us than a shared postcode.
What you will build. Client work across AI, data, Microsoft cloud and cybersecurity, plus our own products — Aureeq, Fama, DocuSanad and Envoa. Our stack is deliberately current, and our Insights archive is a fair sample of how we think about the work.
