Machine Learning
From patterns to predictions — machine learning that transforms.
We design, train, and deploy machine-learning systems that move you from reactive reporting to proactive prediction. From feature engineering to MLOps, we build models that are accurate, explainable, and production-hardened.
What you can expect
- Forecast demand and revenue with measurable accuracy
- Detect fraud and anomalies in real time
- Personalise experiences that lift conversion
- Automate decisions previously made by hand
Capabilities
- Predictive modelling & forecasting
- Recommendation systems
- Anomaly & fraud detection
- Computer vision
- MLOps, monitoring & model governance
Most models fail in production, not in training
The hard part of machine learning was never the model. It is everything around it: the data that arrives late or malformed, the feature that quietly changes meaning after a system migration, the drift nobody notices until a forecast has been wrong for a quarter. A model that scores well in a notebook and is never monitored again is a liability dressed as an asset.
We build for that operational reality first. Versioned data and features, a recorded baseline you can compare against, monitoring on both accuracy and input distribution, and a documented retraining trigger — so when performance degrades you hear it from a dashboard rather than from a customer.
Where it genuinely pays
Forecasting demand and capacity, detecting anomalies and fraud, recommending the next action, and computer vision on a production line are the four areas where a trained model reliably beats both a rule set and a general-purpose language model, usually at a fraction of the inference cost.
We will also tell you when it does not pay. Plenty of problems presented to us as machine learning are better solved by fixing a process, a report, or a piece of data entry. Our assessment says which of the two you are looking at before anyone writes a model.

Predictive Analytics: Manufacturing
Manufacturers and logistics operators sit on more operational data than almost anyone — and use less of it. Where predictive analytics pays off first.

Right-Sized AI: The Small-Model Shift
In 2026, smaller language models are quietly winning enterprise work — cheaper, faster, private, and good enough. Here's when to reach for small over large.

The MLOps Checklist That Matters
Most machine-learning projects die in the gap between a promising notebook and a reliable production service. This is the checklist we use to cross it.
