The challenge
A private airline ran crew scheduling across multiple software systems with manual data entry, complicated syncs, phone calls to update staff, slow responses, and manual shift swapping.
What we built
We delivered a single AI-centric app: centralised crew data, an AI co-pilot that suggests fatigue-aware shift swaps, a manager control tower with a fatigue heatmap and approval queue, a crew swap market, and integrated flight briefings and weather (METAR/TAF, NOTAMs) — with push notifications keeping everyone in sync.
