The challenge

A finance team reconciled high volumes of bank statements against invoices and payment records by hand — slow, error-prone, and a bottleneck at every month-end close.

What we built

We built an intelligent reconciliation engine that ingests bank statements, invoices, and payment records, matches transactions with fuzzy and probabilistic logic, and raises only true exceptions into a review queue — integrated with their finance system and leaving a full audit trail on every decision.
